"Hi Candice: I just wanted to say hello and thank you for pairing me up with Patrice. Not sure if you guys realize what an impact you and Patrice made in my life. Although I am not currently working with her I take her teachings with me everywhere I go. From the moment I wake up in the morning and put my feet on the floor and see my endless row of dumbbells next to my bed, I know there is something I can do for my mind and body to stay fit inside and out. I mailed a card to her at the gym a few weeks ago. Just felt I needed to say hi and I also enclosed an updated picture of myself. My friend who is also an amateur photographer took this picture by the bay. I still can't believe it is me. Thanks again."
