I'm a former professional athlete that has been doing personal training for 7 years now. I love working with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals and to live a better lifestyle. It's my passion. I am very creative as a trainer and I find out what the clients like doing and what they have fun doing and incorporate that into the training because you don't want the client to get bored and not have fun. I like to keep my clients engaged and having fun while getting fit. I have been in fitness all of my life pretty much. I love building a long lasting relationship with my clients because they have to like you, your personality, and they have to believe that you have their best interest at hand at all times and that's what I'm all about. I bring the utmost Integrity and professionalism to my work as a trainer.
